How do I start a group?

Start a new group, pick the friends you want in it, then give it a name. Everyone you picked can start chatting straight away.

How do polls work?

Create a poll in the group, ask your question and add the options. Each person taps an option to vote, and the group can see how the votes add up.

How many messages can I pin?

Up to three at a time. Pins are for everyone in the chat. If you pin a fourth, the oldest pin drops off.

Can I quiet a busy group?

Yes. Open the group info and turn on Mute notifications. You can still read everything when you open the chat.

What is the difference between a group and a broadcast?

In a group, everyone sees every message. A broadcast sends one message to many chats, and each person gets it as a normal message without seeing who else did.
